How we handle information.

Greatr Works (“we”, “us”) is an independent brand, growth and technology studio. For privacy questions, contact hello@greatrworks.com or +234 708 332 9253.

This policy explains how we handle information when you visit greatrworks.com, send a project enquiry, or contact us by email or WhatsApp. It is written for visitors in Nigeria and for people in the EU, EEA and United Kingdom who may reach the site.

Project enquiries. If you use the contact form, we receive the details you submit: name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, business name, location, optional website, and the project context you choose to share.

Direct messages. If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you send, together with your number or email address.

Technical logs. Our hosting provider may record standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, date and time of the request, and the page requested. We do not use these logs to build marketing profiles.

Consent preference. If you accept or reject marketing cookies, we store that choice in your browser so the site can respect it on later visits.

The site does not set advertising cookies on its own. The only preference we store is your cookie choice, in local storage on your device.

With your permission, we load Meta Pixel, a Meta Business Tool used to measure visits, campaign performance and actions such as contacting us or submitting an enquiry. Meta may set cookies or similar identifiers and receive page URLs, browser and device data, and a Meta user identifier if you use Meta products.

Meta Pixel does not load, and no Pixel events are sent, until you accept marketing cookies. If you reject, or if you do nothing, the Pixel stays off. Visitors in the EU and EEA are not tracked by Meta Pixel without that consent.

You can change this later with Cookie settings in the footer, or from the control on this page.

Enquiry and message details are used to assess fit, reply, and — if we work together — to run the project. Submitting the form does not add you to a marketing list.

If you accept marketing cookies, Pixel data is used to understand how the website is used and to measure advertising on Meta.

We rely on steps needed to respond to a request you made, on our legitimate interest in operating a studio website, and — for Meta Pixel and other optional marketing tools — on your consent.

Email delivery. Enquiry messages are sent through our email provider so they reach the studio inbox. Your work email is used as the reply address.

Meta. If you accept marketing cookies, event data is sent to Meta Platforms. Meta’s handling of that data is described in Meta’s privacy policy.

Hosting. The website is served by a hosting provider that processes technical requests in order to deliver the pages.

We do not sell your information. We do not share enquiry contents with Meta through the Pixel.

Enquiry and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to review the request, continue a conversation, or meet record-keeping needs, then deleted or archived with restricted access.

Your cookie preference stays in your browser until you clear site data or change it. Pixel data held by Meta follows Meta’s retention rules.

Greatr Works is based in Nigeria. Some providers — including email delivery, hosting and, if you consent, Meta — may process information outside Nigeria, including in the United States and the EU. Where we use those tools, we do so to operate the website and to respond to you.

You can reject marketing cookies, use the site without accepting them, and change your mind at any time. Rejecting marketing cookies does not stop you sending an enquiry.

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we must keep. People in the EU, EEA and United Kingdom also have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability under applicable law, and may lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.

Nigeria’s Data Protection Act 2023 also gives people rights over their personal data. To use any of these rights, email us at the address above.

This website is intended for people exploring studio services for a business. It is not directed at children.

If we change how we use information, we will update this page and the date below. Where a change needs a new marketing-cookie choice, we will ask again.
